Fitness in the Park: FIT DC

6:30pm – 7:30pm

In partnership with Mayor Bowser's Office and The Department of parks and  "Fitness In the Park" is a fun engaging series of fitness outside in DC's nicest parks!  Enjoy free workouts that will get you in shape, while enjoying the green space.  Sessions will be led by NPowered Fitness' own Nadia Feimster!

Spring into Fitness    April Program 

Tuesday & Thursday
6AM or 7PM

Four week power sculpting program to include:

- Customized small group training
- Weekly check ins
- Nutritional guidance
- Flexibility, body weight, core training
- Strength and conditioning
- Cardio circuits

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
