Body Sculpt is a combination of cardio, functional movement training, and strength and conditioning. This class will help you increase endurance, sculpt and tone all while training your body to move better. Open to all levels.
Body Power + Sweat
9:30am – 10:30am
Explore the beautiful outdoors, breathe fresh air, and sweat at a local park. These workouts are geared towards total body conditioning using your bodyweight, park benches, sidewalks, stairs, and more. A gym is nice but isn’t required for a great workout. Join us for one hour of fun. Bring a towel, water bottle, and friends!

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
